Methods: The medical treatment in 40 patients randomly assigned to group A (propofol) and B (propofol combined with fentanyl),adidas scarpe, 20 patients in each group. A group of intravenous injection of propofol 1.5 ~ 2mg. kg to sleep after surgery began, intraoperative propofol to 4-6mg. kg one. h micro-pump to maintain. Group B first intravenous injection of fentanyl 0.1mg, with the A group during the subsequent anesthetic. Intraoperative records movement in response times, the dose of propofol, recorded before anesthesia, anesthesia, 2min, 5min, 10min,tory burch flats, surgery at the end of MAP, HR, RR, and SPO, records that occur during anesthesia adverse reactions. Results: B intraoperative movement in response to the frequency and dose of propofol were significantly less than the A group (P <0.01), B group 2min after anesthesia when the MAP, HR, RR and SPO2 decreased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but after 5min of anesthesia when they returned to normal. Conclusion: rhinoplasty painless anesthesia with fentanyl anesthesia does not significantly increase the side effects, but enhances the analgesic effect, significantly reduced the immobility response, reduce the amount of propofol used to reduce the cost of treatment.
