Have you ever marveled what type of person alternatively personality makes the best leader? Most would consider the reply to that question to be the person that has the greatest success, the largest organization, alternatively the best staff. Conversely, have you ever wondered how it is that a person with tiny drive or entrepreneurial skills ends up in a leadership position? You know the type person I am book almost, a person that couldn’t guide a dog on a hike, yet has been given the responsibility of leadership a colossal and well-established organization. While I was in academy I met a person that had capabilities and a personality type many different than I first thought. After serving in a very successful pastoral role as several years this person was offered the situation of Bible Department President by Lee University. Part of his duties contained education a full load of classes at the campus. When he arrived to class on his 1st daytime he had a notebook for each student. A notebook full of contours as courses he was working to teach the entire semester. WOW! To mention the least, I was impressed. I equitable knew that this person had apt be the most mobilized person in the globe. Years later, whatsoever Ed Hardy Jeans, I had the opportunity to work with his son, and I made the remark that he have to have the most organized father in the world. His response was, “My father is incredibly unorganized, but he makes up for it with his leadership personality. He knows the amount of having a diverse team approximately him.” That expression, and learning experience, gave birth to this month’s edition of Footprints and Monuments. Some people have one easier period amplifying their leadership skills than others. Most accede that definite personality types make better leaders.
