njing，ChenXinsheng(N。．2AffiliatedHospitalofGuangdongUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine，Cxuangzhou，Guangdong，510120)Abstract：Purpose：FoobservethetherapeuticeffectsofHuayuDingtongTangintreatingtx~therpeticneuralgiaduetostagnancyofqiandbkxxtstasisMethod：Ninetypatientswithpostherpeticneuralgiaduetostagnancyofqiandbloodstasisweredividedrandomlyintothetreatedgroup(45cases)andthecontmlledgroup(45cases)．BothgroupsweresmearedwithRudiJinniuDing．ThecontrolledgrouptookIbuprofenSustainedReleaseCapsuleorally，whilethetreatedgrouptookHuayuDing+tongTang．I'woweeksweresetasonecourseoftreatment．Resuhs：Eighty—1woqualifiedcgsesfellintothefindstatistical(42c&v,eoftl’tvitedgroup，40casesofcontrolledgroup)．Aftertwoweeks’treatment。accordingtothevisualmialoguescale(VAS)，thetreatedgroupWaSsuperiortothecontrolledgroupintheimprovementOfpaindegreewithremarkabledifferenee(P<0．01)．l'herewasremarkabledifferencebetweentwogroupsintheeffectiverate(P<0．05)(95．24％forthetreatedgroupand82，50forthecontrolledgroup)；andaccordingtothetherapeuticintent—to—treat(I'VF)analysis，therewasre—markabledifference(P<0．05)betweentwogroupsintheeffectiverate(88．89％forthetreatedgroupand73．33％fortheconlrolledgroupl'hetreatedgroupWEISsuperiortothecontrolledgroup．Conclusion：HuayuDingtongTanghasgreattherapeuticeffeetintreatingPostherpeticNeuralgiaduetostagrmncyofqiandbloodstasis．Keywords：neuralgia；herpeszcx~ter；stagnancyofqiandbloodstasis；HuayuDingtongTang；RudiJinniuDing；IbuprofenSustainedRelea,~"Capsule·33·
