2010年苏泊尔净赚4亿净利同比增长30.44%
昨天，苏泊尔发布业绩快报称，公司2010年实现营业收入56.22亿元，同比增长36.6%；净利润4.05亿元,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，同比增长30.44%。苏泊尔方面表示，收入增长主要得益于外贸销售增长较快。但因主要原材料铝锭及不锈钢采购价格上涨，毛利率较上年同期下降3.06%，使利润增长幅度低于收入增长幅度。据了解，2月17日苏泊尔发布公告称，SEB拟通过协议转让方式增持苏泊尔20%的股份，协议转让价格为30元/股，转让总金额超过34.6亿元。转让完毕后，SEB持有苏泊尔71.31%的股份。国信证券认为，公司未来新产品开发、多品牌运营将明显加快，公司已经具备了很好的多品类产品制造和经营能力。中国市场是全球小家电行业成长最快的区域之一，且市场容量巨大，是SEB在全球的重点发展区域。多个品牌经营将有利于SEB通过公司在中国获取更高的收益，包括增加高端产品市场覆盖、进一步增加产品品类覆盖等。光大证券研究报告显示，苏泊尔上市6年以来，收入复合增长率34%，归属母公司净利润复合增长率38%。自上市6年以来累计收益率超过1000%，明显跑赢沪深300,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，获得超额收益800%以上。由于公司长期稳定增长，2010年以来公司股价摆脱大盘波动影响，走出独立行情。2011年以来，公司股价先抑后扬，目前仅上涨10%，为未来上涨留出很大的空间,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。预计苏泊尔2010-2012年EPS为0.76/1.00/1.31元，年复合增长率31%。给予2011年35倍PE估值，目标价格35元，给予“买入”评级。来源：京华时报
