Top Leader Sets Six First-Class Goals for Huaqiao

Zhang Guohua, secretary of the Kunshan Communist Committee, paid a visit to Huaqiao International Service Business Park on Nov 25 for an investigation into the great achievements gained there in the past three years.
During his visit, he instructed Huaqiao to take further measures to fight against fierce competition. "New Putong and New Hongqiao Airport have brought new opportunities and challenges," Zhang said.
"Huaqiao International Service Business Park should boost the comprehensive competitiveness with the aims of a first-class image, first-class city, first-class industry, first-class service, first-class environment and first-class living," he added.
Director of the managing committee of Huaqiao Economic Development Zone Ren Xueyan said,"Over the past three years, Huaqiao International Service Business Park has entered a favorable development path with aggregated industries, initiated construction of the Cross-Straits Commerce and Trade Cooperation Zone and launched Taiwan-Jiangsu Week."
Zhang confirmed the fruitful results in terms of influence of power and geographic development. He also urged Huaqiao International Service Business Park to deepen industrial extension and focus on the development of four major industries �C service outsourcing, headquarters economy,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], logistics exhibition and commercial services.
Huaqiao International Service Business Park is located in the junction of Shanghai and Suzhou, with a total area of 50 sq km,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], less than 35 km away from the center of Shanghai.
